How Stassi Schroeder Really Felt About Her Awkward Tamron Hall Interview

Stevie Wonder could see that this interview did not go well.

In an attempt to rebuild her career after being fired from Vanderpump Rules due to her past racist behavior, Stassi Schroeder appeared on The Tamron Hall Show to discuss the scandal, but things didn't exactly go to plan...

Stassi tried to somewhat express her remorse and apologize for her long line of ignorant comments and actions, however, Tamron Hall was not buying it.

The host didn't let Stassi get away with anything and didn't give her any sympathy when she tried to explain "how hard" this time has been for her. In other words, Tamron was the queen we needed her to be, and Stassi looked like a bumbling idiot.

Days after the disastrous interview went to air, an "insider" told Us Weekly "how Stassi felt" about the interview. Obviously her PR team was working overtime to fix her image after the interview didn't redeem Stassi in the way they thought it would and leaked this bulshit to the press. The "source" explained:

“Stassi felt totally unprepared for the interview. She wasn’t in a good mood afterward and felt like she was put on the spot. She has built her brand on being candid and funny, and she feels afraid to make any wrong comments or jokes and having them come across negatively, which, in turn, made the interview awkward.”

The interview wasn't awkward because Stassi couldn't be "funny," the interview was awkward because she thought she could say a couple of rehearsed lines about racism and all would be forgiven, but when Tamron dug deeper, Stassi didn't know what to say because her PR team obviously hadn't trained her for those questions.

The source blamed Tamron for the interview being awkward by saying:

“Producers laid the segments out for Stassi and her team, and everything was all set. And then, to everyone’s surprise, Tamron [Hall] went rogue and took the interview in a completely different direction.”

The "insider" then said Stassi was caught off guard because she is trying to be the best version of herself. Um, cool? I don't know about you but the fact that Stassi's team thinks we care about "how she feels" about this interview feels gross and dirty considering she's the one who landed herself in this mess. The "source" claims:

“She doesn’t want to make a wrong move or say anything that can be taken out of context because she really has been taking time to work on herself. She felt somewhat caught off guard in how the interview went down because she really has been doing her best to learn, educate herself and be the best version of herself that she can be.”

Stassi thought she walk-in there, apologize like she has countless times before and all would be forgiven, but Tamron made a point to hold her accountable for her actions. Stassi is literally the poster child for white privilege and we don't need to see her on our screens ever again. She had multiple chances, and she blew it! I don't just care any more.
