Monique Samuels Speaks Out After Skipping RHOP Cast Trip
Another dramatic development from Maryland.
Obviously, the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Potomac is going to be explosive with Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard both pressing second degree assault charges against each other after their physical altercation, however, the drama has taken a toll for Monique, who decided to sit out on the group's season five trip to Portugal.
How did these Maryland bitches manage to snag a better trip than the OC ladies who went to Florida this season? Bravo, make it make sense.
Monique declined to go on the trip abroad following her physical altercation and legal drama with Candiace, which is a smart move for her mental health, however, not for us. The best part of the season is when the ladies get drunk and fight in the sun, so Monique choosing not to join the group will definitely cause problems in the drama department.
It also doesn't make me too confident for her future on the show because most Housewives who refuse to go on the cast trip, don't make it back next season. Did anyone say Aviva Drescher?
After fans speculated Monique was banned from the vacation after they noticed she wasn't with the other women on social media, the reality star addressed her absence on Twitter and claimed none of the media reports about her recent drama on the show are accurate.
Monique stated she hasn't read one story online that has all the correct facts and teased we'll have to wait until the show airs to see what really happened.
Obviously, I love when all the ladies attend the cast trip because there's more chance of drama, however, Monique is smart for deciding not to put herself in a toxic situation. Let's just hope Bravo doesn't fire her over it...
