Meghan King Edmonds Allegedly Married Jim Edmonds To Get On RHOC

This is some premium (and slightly biased) tea.

During the last week, Meghan King Edmonds divorce drama with her husband Jim Edmonds and his subsequential (alleged) affair with the nanny has been all over the press, however, now new details are emerging about their situation and how his second wife, Allison Rasik, was previously offered a role on the show.

According to Radar Online, sources told the outlet his second wife turned down an offer to be a cast member on The Real Housewives of Orange County and went on to slam Meghan, saying she only married Jim in the hopes of getting on the show.

Allison has already spoken out about her hatred for her ex-husband's third wife, so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to find out who leaked it. It does make sense why Allison would be offered a role because she was friends with Heather Dubrow, which was discussed on the show. The "insider" revealed:

“She knew what she was doing when she married him. She knew he was a married man with four children and two ex-wives. She knew that the second wife was cast on RHOC and turned it down. She knew what she was getting herself into. She also knew that Jim’s ex was asked to be on the show. It was known in the area.”

So basically, they're claiming Meghan was thirsty and wanted to marry a rich baseball player in order to get herself an orange. Although, Meghan doesn't seem like a fame hungry monster, she did appear on Resale Royalty that aired on the Style Network and on an episode of Say Yes to the Dress, so her desire to be on reality television does track. The "source" elaborated saying:

“Meghan was trying to get on a reality show. Meghan was searching for reality fame at the time. Obviously, she was looking for reality fame if you’re on three reality shows. Most people don’t know that about her. She found her way to fame through Jim. A California guy living in St. Louis. Meghan has always been known to be a social climber.”

No one goes on reality TV unless they want to be famous, it's just common sense, but I definitely think Allison has way to much time on her hands and is talking shit about Meghan any way she can, even by selling a story to Radar Online. Don't hold me to that "allegation" because we don't want another Puppy Gate on our hands.
