Dorit Kemsley's Husband Facing UK Bank Account Being Seized
This lawsuit is never going to end.
It's been over a year since PK was initially sued for the $1.2 million he owes in unpaid loans to Nicos Kirzis who wants his money back. From the start, PK has argued he's not entitled to pay Kirzis back the money because he filed bankruptcy in 2011 which wiped all his debts in the UK, however, that hasn't stopped Nic.
The latest development in the case came after PK's wife and Beverly Hills Housewife Dorit Kemsley had her bank account frozen. The couple failed to prove the $29,634 in the account was solely hers, and the judge ordered for the account to be turned over to Nicos to repay the $1.2 million debt.
According to new court documents obtained by The Blast, Kirzis is now demanding the court seize the money in one of PK's UK bank accounts in order to continue to pay off the outstanding debt. The judge heard from both parties during the hearing but asked for more information about the bank account before he makes a decision later this month. Kirzis argued:
“Despite living in a multi-million dollar mansion and being featured on a show highlighting his and his wife’s wealth and opulent lifestyle, Mr. Kemsley steadfastly refuses to pay his debts.”
So far in the case, Kemsley has paid off $250,000 but that only covered the interest that has accumulated since 2011 leaving a remaining balance still of $1,235,573.66.
In other words, we are going to be hearing about this thing for a long fucking time. Both parties have probably spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on legal fees, so Kirzis will be lucky if he can break even once PK finally pays back the total debt.
I don't understand, how can you owe multiple people millions of dollars but boast about your million dollar mansion on reality TV while your wife runs around in head to toe Gucci? Does that make sense to anyone?
