Shane Simpson Failed The Bar

Karma's a bitch.

This season on The Real Housewives of Orange County, sophomore cast member Emily Simpson's storyline has revolved around her husband abandoning their family to "study" for the Californian bar at a hotel and looking at her the way a fat person looks at kale whenever they're in the same room together.

In short: Shane Simpson sucks and is a toilet of a human being, but you can read more about that in this week's Shade of the Week.

Following Shane finishing the bar on the show, no one ever clarified whether or not the little bitch actually passed or not. Luckily, thanks to Google you can find that answer in 30 seconds and after searching Shane's name on the State Bar of California website, I'm happy to share that Shane did, in fact, FAIL the bar exam.

After searching his name it says no results for the OC husband were found which means he isn't a lawyer in California.

The bar is so hard and it would be terrible to do all that work and still end up failing, however, Shane is an asshole and karma is just doing her job here.
