Gina Kirschenheiter Claims Husband Choked & Hit Her During Explosive Fight With Kids Close By

Okay, so Matt is a monster.

Following Gina Kirschenheiter taking out a restraining order out against her phantom husband Matt after he was arrested for domestic violence, we're now getting the full story on what actually happened and it's fucking disgusting.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Gina told the story of what happened the night of Matt's arrest and caused her to seek out the restraining order. The reality star claims after she got home from a night out over the weekend, her estranged husband Matt showed up around 2 AM banging on the door and by the time she got downstairs he was already in the house.

This sounds like the start of every horror movie.

When she got downstairs, Gina said Matt threw her down on the couch as well as throwing some furniture around while screaming in her face and allegedly threatening to kill her. Okay, now this is a horror movie. But it only gets worse from here. Gina explained in the court documents:

"He ripped my bra off, then took a pillow and hit me on the side of the head with it hard. I begged him to stop...to calm down...but he kept hitting me. He started to hit me on the side of the head with his open hand. When I tried to get up off of the couch, he threw me back down and began choking me. Then he started to hit me all over my body."

And that's not even the worst part. Following this Gina ran out into the street screaming to her neighbours and rang their doorbell, but that he didn't stop Matt, who allegedly ran after his estranged wife and dragged her ON THE CEMENT back to their house where he threw her back on the couch and started hitting and threatening her life again. She said his eyes were so black that nothing could bring him back to reality.

That is fucking dark and it happened while their three children were in the house. The two spoke after he was arrested where Gina says Matt blamed her for the entire ordeal. She also noted it wasn't the first time things got physical between the pair and stated her main goal is keeping her family safe:

"There are other incidents that have scared me in the past. Too many to remember. At this point, I have to protect me and our children. Respondent and I had attempted reconciliation in hopes of keeping our family together, but I now realize it's better for us both to move on for the sake of our children. I am heartbroken for all of us. Matt needs professional help, which is more than I can give him."

This is extreme but it leaves me with so many more questions than answers. What led up to the fight? Why was he so angry? How did she manage to escape? Who called the cops? Why wasn't he FUCKING CHARGED? Is that why they got divorced? I NEED ANSWERS.

The estranged couple is due in court on July 16 for a hearing about the restraining order. Until then Matt was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Gina and their kids, as apart of the temporary restraining order.
