Gina Kirschenheiter Files For Restraining Order Against Husband After Domestic Violence Arrest

What the actual fuck.

Only a few weeks after it was confirmed Gina Kirschenheiter and her mystery husband Matt were calling off their divorce and deciding to stay together as a couple, it seems like they've broken up again and in the most dramatic way possible.

According to The Blast, Matt was arrested on June 22 and booked into an Orange County jail for suspicion of domestic violence. He was released the following morning around 1 AM with a bail of $0 and was not formally charged with anything. So, they got in a fight, the cops were called and Matt ended up with a mugshot. The one upside to this devastating situation is that it's the hottest fucking mugshot I've ever seen.

Two days following the domestic violence arrest, Gina rushed to court seeking a restraining order against her recently arrested husband and requested an emergency hearing to discuss her allegations of his domestic violence. Matt was named as the respondent in the protective order which indicates domestic violence as the cause.

All of this drama comes only weeks after Gina posted a loving birthday message to her estranged husband and confirmed rumours they decided to rekindle their romance.

I don't know where they went from but we're going to get all the answers when Gina starts to do press for The Real Housewives of Orange County's fourteenth season in the coming weeks. Hindsight is 20/20, so maybe this played a role in her divorce which never made sense?

Not everyone can say both their parents were arrested in one year...
