Luann de Lesseps Violates Probation
Another day, another Housewife with a legal issue.
Following her drunken Palm Beach arrest, Luann de Lesseps struck a plea deal which gave her probation under the conditions she would undergo 50 hours of community service, take sobriety tests and attend two AA meetings a week, however, according to new legal documents Lu hasn't been keeping up.
TMZ is reporting that Luann's probation officer has filed documents stating she hasn't been keeping to the terms of her probation. He claimed she has failed to prove she is attending her twice weekly Alcoholic Anonymous meetings and said she is not complying with taking the random sobriety tests she was asked to.
Although she isn't in trouble yet, the PO's documents basically say get it together or else. She either needs to start going to AA and peeing in a cup or Lu could end up behind bars. There's probably a 5% chance this could even happen but the thought of Luann in orange seeing cabaret for her inmates is thrilling.
It's not all bad news. Lu was ordered to undergo 50 hours of community service by August 28 and she's already knocked 25 of them out of the way. Good for Lu!
