Vicki Gunvalson Allegedly Demoted For RHOC Season 14

The end of an era.

The OG of the OC may have finally lost her orange as social media has been going crazy about Vicki Gunvalson (allegedly) being demoted to a "friend of" on The Real Housewives of Orange County instead of the full-time status she's been holding for the last thirteen years.

Even though Vicki is far from my favourite Housewife, it wouldn't feel right if she wasn't holding anything. Not even a mandarin?

Jeff Lewis, of course, talked about the story on Jeff Lewis Live, where he shared the news and brought Kelly Dodd on to talk about it:

“Okay, so we’re going to just jump right into it. I have some breaking Bravo news. I have a few Housewives friends, and there were some rumors [that] were swirling that Vicki Gunvalson was going to be demoted as a friend on the Real Housewives of Orange County. So, I have Kelly Dodd on the line. I would like to ask her if she knows anything.”

Of course Kelly couldn't confirm anything saying "I cannot confirm nor deny. However, that’s the word on the street" before the two Bravolebrities began rejoicing in her juicy orange finally being taken away with Jeff saying:

“I think the way she’s behaved and the things she has done, she doesn’t deserve our respect. And I’m glad she was demoted.”

They then exchanged theories on my Vicki would be a "friend" after being on the show for thirteen years and like all things, it probably comes down to money, because the OG of the OC would definitely be paid the most, so it makes sense to cut those big checks and spend the money elsewhere:

“Allegedly, I cannot confirm nor deny. But if I were NBCUniversal [Bravo’s parent company] or the higher-ups at Bravo or senior staff, I would cut the bottom line. I wouldn’t be paying that b–ch that much money,” sniped Kelly. “When it comes down to it, she’s not worth that much.”

Jeff also let everyone know Kelly wasn't the one to spill the tea about Vicki's alleged demotion. He apparently heard the information, asked Kelly and looked as Twitter blew up. Kelly agreed it wasn't her who gave him the tea but revealed “You heard it from one of my co-workers. We won’t name names,” which means Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador.
