Shannon Beador Dismissed From Jim Bellino's Lawsuit

Victory!

After months of Jim Bellino trying to sue Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge for $1 million after they said he was going to jail and his trampoline parks injured people on Heather McDonald's Juicy Scoop podcast, an Orange County judge has now dismissed Shannon from the court case.

According to The Blast, Jesus Jug's ex-husband couldn't prove how he would win the case against Shannon, so the judge granted her request to be dismissed from the case. Jim will now also have to pay for her legal fees associated with the legal battle.

Shannon had this to say about her victory:

“I’m relieved the judge agreed with our position, and grateful to my O’Melveny legal team for all of their hard work on my behalf.”​

Tamra, however, remains in the court case as the legal battle between she and Jim is currently ongoing. Can't he just let it the fuck go? Gretchen Rossi is also set to testify on his behalf.
