JD Madison Arrested For Check Violation

Following Below Deck's Ross Inia's arrest for public intoxication and battery against a officer in Palm Beach, TMZ is now reporting part-time Southern Charm cast member JD Madison was arrested for check violation.

Thomas Ravenel's right-hand man and alleged rapist, JD, was arrested in Charleston on Saturday after a warrant was issued due to him (allegedly) writing a bad check. He's currently still being held in custody and little is known about the situation but we'll keep you updated on all the ongoing mess.

It has not been a good year for pigs in Charleston. JD was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in August where he (allegedly) slipped something into a woman's drink and only stopped the rape when his wife started calling. Thomas was also arrested for trying to rape his nanny, which is his second sexual assault allegation. Time's up pigs!
