Danielle Staub Accuses Ex-Husband Of Abusing Her And Daughters

Oh boy.

Meeting Danielle Staub really was the worst thing to ever happen to Marty Caffarey. According to Danielle's new divorce filings obtained by Page Six, their (four month) marriage and entire relationship was full of verbal and physical abuse towards she and her daughters. I always tend to believe women in these instances, however, something tells me the resident prostitution whore we've known for ten years isn't completely innocent in this.

There are so many abuse allegations in these court documents it's hard to keep track so here is a list of any and everything Danielle claims Marty did to her in their relationship:

• Film them having sex without her knowledge and then threaten to expose them to the public (which shouldn't be a problem for Danielle because she released her own "leaked" sex tape years ago)

• Embarrass and berate her in public by bringing up her father sexually abusing her

• Hold her down and scream derogatory comments in her face

• Would leave her at places without money or a way home

• Would say she had a lesbian affair with her daughters and reference incest

• Yell at her daughters and make them leave the house

• Taking them on vacation, calling them entitled cunts, getting drunk and beating Danielle until she was bruised

• Wouldn't take her to doctors appointments and would force her to have sex after having injections for rheumatoid arthritis

• Threatened to cancel her health insurance after "exposing" her to Clostridium Difficile,” a bacteria that causes colitis.

• Threaten to throw everybody out of their house during a party if she wouldn't suck his dick

Marty responded by saying there is no truth to the claims whatsoever:

“I expected Danielle to go this route. She’s in a panic when I refused to drop the divorce and the negative blowback she’s been receiving after attacking my kids. But only Danielle Staub’s mind is capable of fabricating this type of stuff. She wanted to reconcile three days ago and told me she loved me. If I were guilty of any of these things, why would you want to reconcile? Danielle will go to any depth to slander people and be the victim. Bringing her daughters into this? I feel sorry for them. Be a mother! None of this is accurate or even close to the truth. This is simply Danielle Staub trying to take people out like she has in her past, but it’s not going to work this time.”

Danielle is seeking spousal support and doesn't want their home sold until an agreement can be reached. This is such a fucking mess and there are two sides to every story. You never know what happens behind closed doors but it's hard for me to believe Danielle wouldn't fight back against any of this because she walks all over him on the show.
