Younes Bendjima Sued For Assaulting Coachella Security Guard

Am I the only one who thinks he's a horrible human being?

Kourtney Kardashian's barely legal boo Younes Bendjima is being sued by a Coachella security guard for $5 million. The boxer turned sugar baby allegedly assaulted the guard, Mario Herrera when he didn't let Kourtney enter the male bathroom.

According to court documents and TMZ, Mario was stationed in front of the male bathroom when Kourtney and Younes tried to enter. Kourt attempted to go in but because, you know, she has a vagina, the guard wouldn't let her in. After the refusal, Younes apparently threw him up against the wall and swore at him.

Did he really need to have bathroom Coachella sex that bad?

The security guard then went to hospital for his injuries and is suing for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.

Only a few months ago Younes was spotted beating the shit out a guy behind a club in Los Angeles. Who is this asshole? Hopefully he has to pay up because this spoiled rich kid can't get away with this just because he's fucking a Kardashian. Is he even a US citizen? Should they join the next season of 90 Day Fiance.
