The Truth Behind Thomas Ravenel "Leaving" Southern Charm
You would have to be Trashley Jacobs to believe these lies.
Following Thomas Ravenel being accused of sexual assault by several woman it was clear he wouldn't be returning to Southern Charm for any future seasons. Bravo has never commented on this situation or him being fired but it was reported back in JUNE that Thomas was fired behind the scenes but Bravo were yet to announce it.
Filming for season six is just around the corner so Thomas (and Bravo) decided it was the perfect for him to announce his departure, even though we all know he got fired for being a pig months back. In a tweet he stated:
They took advantage of him? What about the two girls HE took advantage of? Even in his announcement to leave he's still dumb enough to step in shit.
The truth behind Thomas' annoucement, according to Tamara Tattles, is that Bravo released him from his contract, TOLD HIM to say he quit the show on his own and allowed him to choose whether or not he wanted to address the allegations:
"Haymaker gave Thomas a full release of all contracted terms including the non-compete clause. This just means he is free to start on another show immediately if anyone would have him," they shared, Bravo contractually required him to say he decided to leave and it was his choice and not to mention the allegations against him. This is very interesting news. Bravo is shaking in their boots about the legal nightmare of one cast member actually being charged with sexual assault on another cast member."
