Carole Radziwill Quits RHONY
I guess Bethenny won the reunion.
After finally coming into her own on after six seasons of The Real Housewives of New York City, Carole Radziwill has decided to quit the show. The reunion taped last week and the show still has three or four more episodes to air so the timing of this announcement seems a little strange. Maybe she wants to make it known she quit rather than getting fired?
In a statement to Bravo Carole said:
"After six seasons on Bravo’s RHONYC, I have decided to return to what I do best — journalism and producing. I am sure this does not come as a surprise to any of the viewers, all of whom have been supportive, encouraging, and kind. My original curiosity about reality television has waned over the years and I am focusing on TV and writing projects that better suit my more steady temperament," she said. "I have worked with amazing producers, made great friends, and I’m thrilled to leave frenemies behind. I will remember this entire experience with delight, humor, and a veracious accuracy. Next."
This is a very Bethenny move, who left the show after she won her feud with Jill Zarin in season three. I thought season 11 was going to be all about Bethenny and Carole mending their relationship but I guess we'll never get closure on that.
Well, now we have an opening apple position and I think a certain OG red-headed Jewish woman would be perfect to replace Miss Radziwill! Are you catching what I'm throwing Bravo?
Are you sad to see Carole go? Sound off in the comments!
