Luann de Lesseps Accepted A Plea Deal In Disorderly Intoxication Case
Chic, c'est la plea
On Friday, Luann de Lesseps didn't attend her hearing for her disorderly intoxication case, but she did decide to take a plea deal to speed up the court process and avoid any possible jail time that could occur.
The Daily Mail is reporting that The Countess' serious charges (intoxication and trespassing charges) will be dropped and reduced to misdemeanours after she pleads guilty in a hearing later this year.
She was originally charged with one felony for resisting an officer with violence and two misdemeanour charges, for disorderly intoxication and trespassing.
All this legal drama just for a drunken night in Palm Beach. Luann is a walking example of why it's better to just drink at home.
The RHONY star is expected back in court on July.
