Is Erika Jayne Leaving RHOBH?
Erika Jayne has left the building!
That was the caption of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's latest Instagram post just after the third part of the season eight reunion finished airing.
This questionable post and caption sparked rumours the Pretty Mess' time on the show could be over and she even turned commenting off on the photo after fans went crazy over her potential absence next season.
This post comes after weeks of speculation she would no longer be returning to the show due to a mysterious tweet which claimed to know that Miss Jayne would be issuing her resignation statement after the conclusion of the season:
I think we just got the statement.
Although a random tweet doesn't seal Erika's fate, Reality Blurb are reporting that sources allege Miss Jayne "has allegedly been threatening to quit."
However amid all this speculation of her position on the show she was spotted filming a commercial with Kandi Burruss and Cynthia Bailey for NBC which could mean she is still in contract with the network for another season.
Tamara Tattles among other shady sources throughout the internet are also claiming Erika's rocky relationship with her husband could be the reason for her leaving. They reported in a blind item which was later revealed to be Erika that:
"The terms of their relationship had been renegotiated. At that time the situation became even more “you do your thing, I’ll do mine” but they were still co-habitating."
Erika and her billionaire husband are obviously smart and reserved enough to keep their potential divorce away from any and all Bravo cameras.
After two seasons of being the loveable breakout star of the show, Erika received major backlash this season for her cold behaviour towards Teddi Mellencamp and her inability to actually open up about her life. Fans also saw she seems checked out during the entire reunion with her blunt responses to Andy and her general disinterest in everything that was going on.
She obviously doesn’t need the money but her music career and fame thrived from the show which is definitely a reason to stay.
Nothing is official but there are a lot of signs to suggest we've seen the last of the Pretty Mess on our Bravo screens. Despite all these reasons she could also be doing this as a ploy to get more money next season, which she might need if the divorce rumours are true.
