Lilly Ghalichi Accused Of Drug Abuse In Lawsuit By Former Business Partner
The Shahs of Sunset may have a new baby on the way but not everything is peachy in her life.
Lilly Ghalichi's former business partner, Payam Pedram, is coming for her HARD in a new $10 million lawsuit. Radar Online is reporting he filed court documents in April claiming she stole money from a shared business account and deceived him through secret transactions to fund her "celebrity lifestyle".
The two worked together on her eyelash line, where Lilly apparently admitted to him she was "a drug addicted lunatic," and was constantly under the influence of both weed and Xanax until she would pass out - Payam alleges.
Her shady business partner is claiming he was a huge part in the business' success and even got Kylie Jenner to promote the eyelash line, which generated $15 million for Lilly, only for her cut him out of what he was entitled to. A "source" went on to tell Radar:
“In 2014 she told him her company Lilly Lashes was making $200,000 in revenue annually and offered him 50% interest to grow the business,” the court documents obtained by Radar stated. “Pedram identified a niche in the marketplace where Lilly Lashes was operating, namely instead of selling human hair eyelashes, selling mink eyelashes which could effectively compete in the market.”
His lawyer Robert Kashfian also claimed that Lilly misled Payam with her celebrity status and faux law career.
The Persian barbie's attorney responded to the claims calling them “false, defamatory and malicious." Her team plan on fighting the lawsuit by filing counter documents against Payam.
