Heather Locklear Charged With Battery Amid Police Hunt For Her Gun

What is up with this recent trend of washed up 90's stars being involved in extremely messy police situations? First Tori Spelling and now Heather Locklear?

I haven't been following the Melrose Place star's arrest but the recent events in her life have been too juicy not to report on. Heather allegedly checked in to a treatment centre following her arrest for domestic violence against her boyfriend. This is her sixth stint in rehab.

The actress' domestic violence charges were dropped but she was later charged with five misdemeanor counts: four counts of battery on a peace officer and one count of resisting, obstructing, or delaying a peace officer, after she punched two police officers, kicked one in the groin, called another one a cunt and threatened to shoot them if they ever returned to her property.

The police obtained a warrant to find Heather's firearm but were unsuccessful in their search and are still looking for the weapon, as she is no longer allowed to own a gun as a condition of her bail.

Heather's life has obviously gone down hill after her reign as Queen of the 90s came to an end and her extensive drug addiction took over her life. After all this drama, she would be a perfect candidate to be on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
