David Beador Claims Shannon Is Encouraging Their Children's Refusal To Talk Or See Him Since Div

If you thought their marriage was messy then take several seats because Shannon & David Beador's divorce is going to bloodbath filled with shady digs and petty attempts to try and win custody of their three children.

In new court documents David is challenging the child support, child custody and spousal support requests made by his ex last year. The construction worker is seeking joint custody and claiming that his estranged wife is "not fostering or encouraging a healthy father-child relationship."

Apparently the couple's three children, Sophie, 16, and twins Stella and Adeline, 13, have sided with their mom since their parents separation and according to David's documents they have refused to talk or see him on "several" occasions. He also came for Shannon saying that she has "tolerated" her kids not having a relationship with their father and when he has asked his daughters to stay with him, they have expressed concerns for their mom.

The serial cheater has also refuted Shannon's claims that he makes five times more money than she does, in a bid to try and avoid paying both spousal and child support. Shannon reportedly earned $423,205.80 last year from RHOC and her FabFitFun Instagram endorsement.

Stevie Wonder could see that David was an asshole. He had an affair, built her up and then hated her when she began to gain weight and stress out over allegations that he beat her. Obviously their kids could see it and sided with their mom who was evidently more distraught over the divorce. Plus, David has already moved on to another OC blonde and that probably is making the girls even angrier at their dad.

David also had this to say about Shannon's job on RHOC:

"Shannon's employment encourages excess drinking and extended travel to which Shannon has chosen not to inform me and make accommodations for the kids to stay with me while she is away."

That is the shadiest and most accurate job description of a Real Housewife ever. The kids are old enough to make their own decisions and after the first initial months of the divorce they are bound to come around and start pursuing a relationship with their father.

Shannon is currently filming the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Orange County and her messy divorce is expected to be a major plot line.
