Luann De Lesseps Rejects Her Plea Deal

Luann de Lesseps rejected her plea deal at her hearing in Palm Beach on Valentines Day. Aw, that's sweet, she's in court on the day of love for having sex in a stranger's room. Everything comes full circle!

It's unknown what the plea deal entailed but I don't think it included jail time. We can't have another housewife headed to the clink. Can you imagine Luann hanging out with the women of cell block D?

As you probably recall, Luann was arrested on Christmas Eve last year when she tried to have sex in someone else's hotel room, refused to leave, kicked a police officer and locked herself in the bathroom screaming "I'll kill you all!" Now that is one HELL of an arrest story.

The reality star is out of rehab and currently filming season 10 of The Real Housewives of New York City. She just returned from the cast trip, which took place in Colombia.

The Countess signed a waiver for a speedy trial and is due back in court on April 13.
