Jersey Shore Cast Starts Filming While The Situation Pleads Guilty! Will He Be On The Reboot?
The Situation and his brother Marc initially rejected their plea deal for their various tax fraud charges but their lawyer must have changed their mind because the two shady brothers plead guilty in court on Friday.
Mike originally faced up to 15 years in prison, while his brother faced 25 years. However after accepting their plea deal, The Situation faces 5 years and his brother only faces 3 years. They probably won't do anytime at all, if you ask me!
The Jersey Shore cast with the exception of Sammi Sweetheart, flew down to Miami yesterday to start filming their anticipated reboot. The Situation was slated to return and a judge granted him special permission to film with the rest of the cast. At least he'll get to have another round of fist pumping before he could end up in the slammer.
Jersey Shore: Family Vacation is expected to shoot for a month and their kids and spouses will not be featured on the show. Thank god! You can also possibly expect to see The Situation talking about his upcoming sentencing on the show.
