Kim Kardashian & Kris Jenner Won Their Legal Battle Against Blac Chyna
The Kardashians have more lawsuits than black boyfriends at this point. Blac Chyna is suing the Kardashians for ending her reality show, Rob & Kylie are suing Chyna for attempted murder and Chyna's mom Tokyo Toni is suing Wendy Williams for talking trash about her on TV! Overkill much?
In the case of Blac Chyna suing the entire Kardashian family for ending her reality show it has finally reached a resolution, kind of. Chyna initially sued the entire family and then got rid of all the sisters except Kim Kardashian. Now the judge has dismissed Kris Jenner and Kim from the lawsuit.
The judge was clearly over the BS lawsuit and ruled in the Kardashians' favour, saying that Chyna didn't have a contract at the time that the show was canceled, so there was nothing for the family to take away.
Although the mother and daughter have been removed, Rob Kardashian is still listed in the lawsuit and you can bet that Chyna and Lisa Bloom will try and milk him for all the Kardashian coin that he's got.
However Chyna had a restraining order against Rob at that time so it would have been virtually impossible to film Rob & Chyna without Rob AND Chyna together! Blac Chyna is REALLY reaching at this point! Maybe she can join Scott & Tyga's new reality show?
