KUWTK Recap: Battle of the Exes
ANOTHER VACATION? Five episodes in and the Kardashians have already headed to Cleveland, Mexico, Santa Barbara and now Kourtney and Kendall have taken off for Cannes. Just imagine the things you could do if you had Kardashian money - I know Blac Chyna imagines that. All day long.
This episode was a little anticlimactic but it still had it's moments. Kourtney has really taken the lead role this season and I'm kind of loving it. Now that Scott is out the the picture, Kourt is able to be care free and just have fun! You do YOU Kourtney K! At the beginning of the episode Scott was texting Kourt and asked to move in? Scott, know your place! The major drama of this episode was Scott's anger that Kourtney going to Cannes with her new boo, Younes Bendjima. Scott threatened to beat up Younes if he saw him in Cannes. Really Scott? You couldn't even beat an egg, sit down.
Kourtney and Kendall took off to Cannes to mix it up. They had lunch with a girl that runs a Kardashian fan account which would of been LIFE CHANGING for that girl. Why aren't Kim and the fam calling me to hang out? After they finished their ice cream the girls went and had fun with Younes on a boat. The life they lead. Younes didn't really talk or film but we saw glimpses, I guess. While Kourtney was living her life, Kim, Khloe and Kris were all seeing new pictures of Scott with his string of younger girls. It was SUPER obvious that all of Scott's actions were aimed to piss Kourtney off but she was giving zero fucks.
Why is Scott still on the show? The Kardashian sisters produce the show and he is obviously getting a very shitty edit. If I was Lord Disick I would stay at least 20 miles away from any E! cameras, but I guess he needs his pay check.
Other than the Cannes drama nothing major happened. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney visited a Planned Parenthood branch in LA which was obviously a PR set up. Kim said she wanted to be vocal about supporting the organisation because the government wanted to cut it's funding but let's call a spade a spade, it was great advertising. They taught us that Planned Parenthood isn't just an abortion clinic and 3 girls shared their own stories of how the centre affected their lives. I'm the least political person ever so I don't know if the government did stop the funding, but I do remember something about it on Scandal.
The only other thing that happened was Kim's irrelevant drama with her assistant. That storyline took minutes off my life. In short, Kim's assistant told Kourt that she isn't 100% fulfilled in life. Kourt told Kim who got offended that her assistant would tell her sister and not her. Kim tiptoed around the issue the whole episode and freaked out about confronting her assistant. They finally sat down and her assistant said that she just isn't sure what she wants out of life right now. Kim offered to let her run some of her businesses. That was it. All I was thinking of was all the free stuff you would get if you worked for the Kardashians. Aw, money! This is why I keep up with the Kardashians so you guys don't have to!
