RHONY Season 10 Casting Tea! Find Out Who Got Demoted!

The Real Housewives of New York City

Tea Drinkers, I have some exclusive tea on the new season of The Real Housewives of New York City. I am spilling all the tea on who Bravo bought back and who's ass they are demoting to the dreaded "friend of."

Word on the street is that Bravo sent out season 10 contracts a few weeks back. Bethenny Frankel, Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley and Tinsley Mortimer have all been asked back full time. However, our exclusive sources are telling us that producers only want to bring Sonja Morgan back as a friend of. Ouch!

If anyone should get demoted it should be Carole. I mean, no one wants to watch her to play with her cats on that ratchet couch. Although in season 6 when Countess Luann got demoted it became her best season and she made more money because "friends" get paid per appearance. So maybe being friend of is the best for Sonja, I am gonna miss her taglines though!

My source also tells me that Bravo is testing a few New York women for season 10 but if none of them are good enough then Sonja could get her apple back. Speaking of getting her apple back, Jill Zarin is not coming back next season. Apparently she was offered a part time role and she didn't want it. I think she's holding out for that juicy golden apple.

Next season viewers can expect to see Luann living the single life since her divorce from Tom. Bethenny is helping natural disaster victims with her company B Strong, so you can bet she will advertise the hell out of that next season. Tinsley is still going strong with her new boyfriend and Carole and Adam are still in that on/off phase.

Season 10 is set to start filming in late October or early November and RHONY is slated to air in early 2018. Are you sad that Sonja got demoted? Are you excited for the ladies to come back for season 10?
