NeNe Leakes Won't Return To RHOA For Season 13

After months of speculation, NeNe Leakes has officially announced that she won't be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta for the show's thirteenth season, which is currently in production.
NeNe posted a video on YouTube, announcing her exit from the show that she starred on from seasons one through seven and then again from seasons ten through twelve. It really is the year of OG Housewives being axed...
This is the second time the OG has left the show and it really feels like it's for good this time around. In the video, NeNe claimed she decided to make the difficult decision after stressful negotiations, stating:
“I have been on an extremely, extremely long, exhausting, tiring, emotional negotiation. There’s been a lot of emotion flying from both sides. It has been hard, and I have made the very hard and very difficult decision to not be a part of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ Season 13. It wasn’t an easy decision for me. It was hard.”
If NeNe threw in the towel during negotiations, that either means she wanted more money that Bravo wouldn't give her, or they wanted to give her a demoted role on the show and she walked. I'm going with the latter, but I'm sure in a few days that a "source" will leak the real reason why NeNe didn't return to some big outlet.
During the YouTube video, NeNe reflected on her time as an Atlanta peach holder and said she was happy to be a pioneer for black reality ensemble shows and thanked Bravo for the opportunity. She explained:
"I'm just so happy that I can say that I was part of a genre that opened up a door for Black ensemble reality shows. I want to thank everybody that has looked up to me over the years. I want to thank Bravo for all the memories. Thank you to the cast for all of the memories."
NeNe tried to make it seem like this was an amicable split between her and Bravo, but does she think we forgot about all those cryptic tweets from a month back where she accused her cast members of not protecting her or standing up for her. As well as implying she was treated poorly by Bravo because she is black?
However, keeping with the amicable theme, Andy Cohen took to Instagram to post a photo of him and NeNe and basically spent the entire caption kissing her ass.
Is anyone surprised at this announcement? She was barely on the show last season and when she was she was disengaged, aggressive, and didn't take responsibility for any of her behavior.
NeNe's time on Housewives is officially up and the only person she has to blame is herself. If she tried to get over her issues with the group and be honest, then they would've welcomed her back with open arms, but she ended the last reunion with one friend and a closed laptop.
